CBD and Anxiety

   Bills, work, chores, interactions, struggle, and strife. The backbone of life, and the necessities of achievement. Lifes daily battles for some can be tolerable but for others may cause crippling stress. This is especially common when accompanied with chronic pain/illness, social/emotional conflict, and/or other past/present trauma. Most Americans today have a high amount of responsibilities to juggle. A survey by the American Psychological Association, conducted in 2014, consisting of 3,068 adults, found that the leading cause of stress is money and that 3 in 4 adults experienced stress over finances. Other popular causes of stress in Americans include work, family responsibilities, and health concerns. Types of Stress:  Stress is normal, and everyone deals with being stressed out from time to time. It can be beneficial to stress and worry when necessary, in order to avoid unpleasant or dangerous situations, but overwhelming stress can make even commonly happy
